This targeted online class blends the Gracious Space* framework with practical ways to connect and make progress in your online work world.
You will learn how to:
- Bring the spirit and setting of Gracious Space* to your virtual rooms
- Create and use at least three types of inclusive processes
- Manage participation for equitable contribution and maximum learning
Your trainers are Mike Beebe and Pat Hughes. Mike is a certified Gracious Space facilitator and President of Leadership for Change, a training and consulting firm in Seattle, WA. Pat is the co-founder of Gracious Space and President of Trillium Leadership Consulting in Seattle.
Cost is sliding scale. Suggested price is $85.
*Previous knowledge of Gracious Space is highly recommended.
